Working one-to-one with Sana Turnock

It is important we are the right ‘fit’ for each other so that a positive outcome can be achieved for you. A complimentary introductory 1-minute chat via phone/email/zoom is used to determine this if we have not worked together before.

Once confirmed, we can move forward with sessions.

Payment

Is made at the time of making a booking via the website link or immediately after the service if a face-to-face service is offered.

Refunds

Please choose carefully as no refund is given to a book or product from the Courage Unravelled website unless it arrives damaged by the post.

If you order a book via another supplier please raise the issue directly with them.

If you provide support via Patreon please read the refund policy offered by Patreon.

There are no refunds on consulting services once the service has been taken. For payment made upfront, your meeting will be re-scheduled if you have signed up for a package. If you fail to attend two meetings in a row without the applicable notice, Courage Unravelled coaches reserve the right to forfeit any further scheduled meetings remaining in the package. No refunds are given. For casual coaching sessions, a refund will apply for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations which take place less than 24 hours will incur a 20% late notice fee. No virtual or face-to-face show on the day for a consulting appointment incurs a zero refund.

Emergency cancellations of a casual coaching session (accident, pregnancy, hospitalisation, sick children) an appointment can be re-scheduled. If you need to cancel the appointment, the fee in this circumstance is waived and a full refund applies. Emergency cancellations for package bookings can be rescheduled and resumed once your situation enables you to return to coaching sessions.
Group programs – Should you wish to pull out of a program 30 days (or more) in advance of the program date you will refunded all but 20% of the deposit. Providing 14 – 30 days notice of pulling out of a group program means you will be refunded 50% of program cost. Pulling out of a program 14 days or less before it begins means that no refund will be given.
If Sana Turnock or a Courage Unravelled representative has to cancel a program for reasons beyond anyone’s control a full refund will be given.

Please allow up 14- 21 days  for a refund.

Postage

Journals or other products purchased from the website are posted by Australia Post. The time it takes for you to receive the journal depends on where you live and the time frame of Australia Post. A flat fee of $10 is charged for postage anywhere in Australia.

Please specify in the comments if you give permission for packages to be left at premises if you are not home.
